Chemical Engineer with Cosmetic Encapsulation engineering experience, reporting to the Director of Technology and Engineering. Responsible for implementing a production encapsulation line process from prototype process. Candidate will have detailed experience with common types of cosmetic encapsulation and have a hands on knowledge of epoxy resins, urethanes, and other potting methods.

Primary function is to provide technical leadership in the encryption domain and improves the security of the data transmission.
Key Responsibilities: - Designing, developing or adapting firmware for the Factor4 and IronGate products using an RTOS environment and tools
- Testing and debugging on target
- Providing support for customer and production team
- Providing knowledge in security (encryption algorithms) and data transfer
