Encapsulation Process Development Engineer

Job Description:
Chemical Engineer with Cosmetic Encapsulation engineering experience, reporting to the Director of Technology and Engineering.  Responsible for implementing a production encapsulation line process from prototype process. Candidate will have detailed experience with common types of cosmetic encapsulation and have a hands on knowledge of epoxy resins, urethanes, and other potting methods.

This person in this position is responsible for determining optimal chemistry for the existing process and will suggest cost reducing and quality improvement methods as well as participate in new methods development.
