EfficientWith Raptor software, administrators have a full-featured manual Wiegand creation option allowing the administrator to develop a custom format that is used only for their building. This format may include a facility code, random key code, and multiple party bits. Raptor also gives administrators the ability to transfer existing PROX card IDs into Factor4 or IronGate biocards. This means there is no modification necessary to the current access control system. Numerous credentials can also be enrolled on the card, with each credential having a specific level of access. Raptor also handles reallocation of previously used cards to protect your valuable investment in Factor4. With a simple click, a biocard can be un-enrolled and set back to your corporate defaults. Once this is done, the biocard is ready to be re-enrolled by the new user. It is a very simple process that can be repeated as many times as necessary throughout the life of the card. Flexible
Raptor also manages enrollment of several fingerprint templates for those who may not be physically able to use their thumb or may have injured a particular hand. Up to 10 fingers can be enrolled on a single biocard. Each finger can be customized for separate uses with differing IDs. Your employees no longer have to haul around multiple PROX cards for their various security clearances. Everything can now be consolidated into one easy-to-use card, secured by their unique fingerprint. Regardless of the situation, the level of customization made possible by Raptor allows administrators to make sure that nothing is left unsecured and employees have a product that is easy to use. Therefore, if you wish, employees can enroll themselves in the comfort of their office. Once you have begun to use our biocards, any modifications to settings can be made easily upon employee request and administrator approval. Raptor™ is a unique provisioning application created to make the implementation of Factor4™ and IronGate™ biocards simple and efficient. The card ID configuration tool within Raptor can customize Factor4 and IronGate to communicate with most installed security systems. Administrators can modify not only the biocard’s output but also the user interface. Because we understand that every client is unique, we give our clients the flexibility to customize each card to meet their unique security demands. That’s why Raptor gives the administrator the ability to adjust the biometric settings to fit the needs of each individual employee. For example, if an employee has poor fingerprint quality, the administrator can turn down the sensitivity for that individual. This can be tuned until the employee credentials are easily obtained and authenticated, all while maintaining an enhanced level of security that only Factor4 can provide. Alternatively, Raptor gives the administrator options to raise the sensitivity, allowing for as little as 1:100,000 False Acceptance Rates (FAR), further increasing the security for highly confidential areas.
